Gah

I'm alive, I swear!

I can't tell you how annoyed I am that I haven't written posts for two months.  I CAN'T.  The enormity of my annoyance is too great for the internet to sustain.

So basically in the last two months I've (FINALLY) finished thesis, tried to kick-start dissertation, and JUST (literally minutes ago!) submitted the written component of my comprehensive exam.  I also managed to snatch a week-long vacation from the jaws of defeat grad school overworkedness, which at some point maybe I'll post pictures of.  But given my utter neglect of my blog, I am clearly not in a position to be making such grandiose promises.

Rest assured, in spite of the monstrosity that is spring semester of third year (UGHHH), I have still managed to cram in some movie-watching.  Just not post-writing.  But still movie watching!

And then in March, I totally watched

9. Exit Through the Gift Shop (??) <-- Post supposedly pending, again no promises.

And I so have watched movies this month too.  Go me?

My goal is to do penance for my negligence by writing tiny (1-3 sentences) synopses of all the movies I watched during the blog's recent Dark Ages, hopefully before the end of May.  Here's hoping that's a promise I can actually stick to.

I miss you guys, and this.  I really hope I can get back to it all soon.
